You must return the item unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging shows damage, replace it with equivalent packaging for the return. Pack the item securely to protect it during return shipping. If you use or handle the item beyond what’s necessary to examine it, our returns staff will assess the condition and apply a depreciation deduction if needed.
